Job Description
- Provide day-to-day advice to manage legal risk in the market to ensure that the company is in compliance with law and regulations
- Draft, review, negotiate and interpret contracts and agreements
- Provide legal support and advise on risk mitigation strategies on legal matters including business licenses, IP, platform liability, privacy, consumer/minor protection, content regulations , etc.
- Monitor relevant legislative development and implementation , key trends, risk and opportunities
- Collaborate with other regional cross-function colleagues to support the business
- Engage, instruct, and manage external counsel
The Successful Applicant
- Over 8 years of experience in legal practice from law firm and in-house
- Law graduate with license to practice law in Thailand
- Good command of English
- Experience in Tech industry or Financial services is a plus
