YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Summary:

Sales Supervisor is responsible for maintaining and developing business with existing customers in the area as well as locating and selling to new outlets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieves agreed budget, GP, targets and continuously monitors actual sales performance against budget by product and customer.
  • Assists manager to assess and define customer creditability.
  • Assist manager in marketing plan execution [formulation, implementation, follow-up and evaluation] by identifying key customers and marketing opportunities from analyzing survey results.
  • Evaluating prospect product volume and market consumption capacity
  • Monitoring & reporting competitors’ activities on a regular basis
  • Co-handling with manager to make consistent products price with budget during fluctuating demand and supply.
  • Plans itinerary and customers visit
  • Visiting key/potential customers regularly scheduled [weekly, customer visit/meeting plan] and writing reports which are required from all concerned parties
  • Cooperating with manager and relating suppliers solve customer problems
  • Assisting manager achieve sales target and establishes long term customer relationship.
  • Introducing latest development products/new requirements from suppliers to direct reports & customers
  • Reporting & monitoring the adequate product and sampling stock levels with updated MSDS and necessary documents relating to product in the effective way and under proper manage product containers e.g. bulk storage tank, empty drums.
  • Handles customers’ complaints by ensuring the nature of the complaints is clearly self-understood as well as suppliers and follows company procedures solving customer complaints with win-win solution.
  • Ensures customers are completely provided safety information and MSDS in every products from suppliers before product delivery process.
  • Ensures all sales activities are carried out in full compliance with Integrated Management System.
  • Other duties assigned by supervisor.

YOUR PROFILE

Job Requirement/Specification:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or any related field
Experience: At least 5 years experiences in Sales & Marketing
Others:

  • Product Knowledge / Business Acumen, Basic Marketing Knowledge
  • Inventory Management
  • Good English proficiency
  • Negotiation & Interpersonal skills
  • Good the problem solving.
