Job Responsibilities

Overseeing and managing the day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the legal entity.- Collaborating with management, peers in the market units and APAC, and outside clients, suppliers, banking institutions, and audits.
- Analyzing accounting information, business expenses, cash flow, credit applications and reviews, past-due listing, and banking resources.
- Generating financial reports or statements for the company and ensuring that they are complete and accurate and that each transaction complies with corporate policy, local tax laws, and statutory requirements.
- Managing the month-end, quarterly, and yearly financials (P&L, BS, and CFS), as well as the reporting from the business consolidation system and the annual audit preparation.
- Ensuring that all closing activities are finished on time and in accordance with the closing schedule with accurate record reconciliation.
- Creating and maintaining statutory records and reports, as well as completing annual returns (such as tax returns, VAT forms, and financial statements).
- Make sure that internal control goals, regional GAAPs, and financial policies and procedures are all followed.
- Reviewing the company's PND.50 and 51 corporate income tax calculation.
- Coordinating with business/operation for yearly physical inventory count and physical fixed asset count
- Coordinating work documents preparation for yearly audit and cooperation with information requests from external and/or internal auditors
- Creating and upholding appropriate accounting procedures, rules, and standards.
- Preparing the annual business plan, financial forecast, and estimations following the existing timetable and with management's assistance. Make sure the input is precise.
- Preparing management reports and forecasts for the month's conclusion.
- Ensuring that payroll, pension, social security, and tax returns are filed following the law by working with the payroll provider.
- Ensuring that the HR manual, personnel records, and relevant rules are updated and kept up to date in compliance with applicable local laws.
- Overseeing all aspects of general and office administration, such as employee health insurance, corporate properties, and assets, company automobile leasing, and new asset purchases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance.
- SAP, BW, as well as other financial/accounting software, as well as technological and productivity tools like MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint, are thoroughly understood and mastered.
- 10 years of progressively responsible financial and accounting.
- Experience with large multinational firms in financial and accounting control.
- Having knowledge of human resources, office management, or a start-up environment is beneficial.
- High integrity, strong resolve, and a desire to constantly improve characterize this organized and determined personality.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Big 4 background is a must.
