Responsibilities:
- Manage, and mentoring QA team members to ensure continued professional development and growth.
- Leading a team of 8 members to ensure efficient and effective QA testing processes.
- Defect management: perform defect logging, follow defect life cycle, and create defect reports.
- Estimate, prioritize, arrange, and coordinate testing operations, and then undertake rigorous testing once defects have been fixed.
- Understand functional requirements and design test cases.
- Keep abreast of changes in technology, standards, and relevant developments in IT & testing by maintaining professional competency through training, reading, and linkages with professional organizations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or other related fields.
- 10+ years total experience and 4+ years of experience in Lead position.
- Have a good knowledge in testing methodologies, able to create the test cases, test data and test report.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and experience in using Jira/Confluence/SharePoint.
- Strong communication skills in English/Thai.
