Job Overview:
We're on the hunt for a rockstar VP of Corporate Finance and Investor Relations who can dance through numbers, wield financial strategies, and work closely with investors. It is a critical role in the organization, overseeing funding initiatives, corporate finance activities, financial planning, and budgeting. Additionally, the VP will lead the Investor Relations function, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the company's growth strategy. Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate funding opportunities to support strategic growth projects.Provide strategic leadership and supervision to the Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Budgeting, and Investor Relations teams.
Conduct performance analysis and present recommendations for improving efficiency and overall performance to management.
Assess and execute mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and other investment opportunities.
Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill responsibilities and achieve objectives.
Analyze and manage capital structure, capital allocation, and cost of capital to maximize shareholder value.
Contribute to the identification and assessment of growth opportunities based on assigned projects.
Key Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
10-15 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably with a public listed company.
Strong understanding of banking products, financial instruments, and financial modeling.
Proficient knowledge of equity and debt capital markets, as well as SET/SEC rules and regulations. Solid expertise in financial analysis and forecasting.
Proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English communication.
