Responsibilities :
Contribute to implementing action plans with regards to bank strategies and work collaboration based on ttb Culture
To contribute to establishing guidelines for SME Credit to achieve ttb’s designated targets for good quality business &revenue growth, credit cost control, turnaround times &customer service, while maintaining the quality provide fast and customer focussed decision making.
Engage in team performance achievement based on value chain target and ensure credit consideration and decision made align with related underwriting policies.
Recommend for relevant actions on credit approval process to improve Underwriter efficiency
To recommend/ approve on credit proposals according to the Delegation of Authority
To conduct the credit approval and review process in compliance with internal/external policies and regulations

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics , Business Administration or other related fields.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Underwriting, Debt Restructuring and / or Front office experience in banking or finance institutions.
Independent & sound decision maker, energetic and self driven, being able to work to a high standard under pressure and willing to learn attitude.
Strong credit and analytical skills with established experience in various industries, banking products
Good Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
Good command of Spoken & Written English
