Our Consulting & Delivery, Manager will lead a team of consultants and delivery managers in delivering data and technology solutions to clients and helping drive the team's best practices and process improvement.
What are the responsibilities of a Consulting & Delivery, Manager?
In this role, you will get to:
- Hire, train, and manage a team of data and technology consultants and project managers
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets in accordance with client needs and requirements
- Maintain regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project progress and deliverables are on track
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure project success, including coaching and mentoring to help them develop professionally
- Stay current with the latest developments in data and technology and share that knowledge with the team
- Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborating with other managers and teams to drive organizational growth and achieve strategic goals
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements for this role are:
- 8+ years experience in consulting and project management
- Strong focus in data and Software development life cycle
- Experience managing a team of consultants and Project managers
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering consulting projects
- Leadership skills: Strong leadership skills are essential, including the ability to motivate and manage a team, communicate effectively, and build relationships with clients
- Project management skills: Demonstrated experience in project management, including project planning and budgeting
- Industry knowledge: Familiarity with big data/AI technologies domains
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and people skills
- Embody agile mindset
- Cloud certifications are a plus!
