Master Production Scheduling (MPS) Manager

Budget: Up to 145KB (Basic salary plus allowance)

Location: Rayong - Pluak Daeng

The MPS Manager plays a critical role in planning, organizing, and overseeing the production schedule to meet customer demand while optimizing resources and minimizing costs. This position involves collaborating with various departments to create and maintain a comprehensive production plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the master production schedule based on sales forecasts, historical data, and market trends to meet customer demands and optimize inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure the availability of materials, manpower, and equipment necessary for efficient production operations.
  • Monitor production capacities, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to optimize production flow and increase efficiency.
  • Continuously evaluate and adjust production schedules to maximize productivity, minimize downtime, and meet delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align production plans with business objectives, market demands, and financial targets.
  • Analyze production data, KPIs, and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency and quality.
  • Implement and refine production planning processes and systems to improve accuracy, responsiveness, and adaptability to changing market conditions.
  • Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions in the production process, ensuring minimal impact on delivery schedules.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, supply chain, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or operations management within a manufacturing (Especially in Glasses and lenses, Electronic, Automotive, Jewelry, Packaging or FMCG).
  • Good command in English
