Klook, a leading travel platform, is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Car Rental Business Development (BD) professional. In this role, you will be responsible for driving Klook's expansion in the Southeast Asian market by developing new merchant partnerships, specifically in the car rental sector. You will work closely with the central team to execute our localized strategies and ensure successful onboarding of new partners.

What you'll do:
Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand Klook's merchant partner network in the car rental industry in Thailand, in line with Klook's Southeast Asian market strategy.

Identify and approach potential car rental companies to establish partnerships, negotiate contracts, and onboard their products onto the Klook platform.

Maintain strong relationships with existing car rental partners, ensuring regular communication and collaboration to secure advantageous products and competitive prices for Klook customers.

Collaborate with the central team to localize Klook's projects and initiatives, ensuring their successful implementation in the local market.

What you'll need:
Proven experience in sales or account management within the car rental industry, with a strong network and understanding of the market dynamics in Thailand.

Fluent in both English and Thai, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with local partners, proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
