An exciting Trainer (Travel Retail) (x 1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the leading beauty company based in Bangkok. Reporting directly to the Assistant Training Manager this is a role for a training manager who is a leader in their field.
About the Trainer (Travel Retail) Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer (Travel Retail) to join our team in the travel retail industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty, skincare, and fragrances, as well as experience in training and coaching retail staff. This position provides the competitive package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service for retail staff in the travel retail industry
- Collaborate with regional training department to ensure that training programs align with brand strategies and goals
- Conduct training sessions in person, virtually, and through e-learning platforms
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
- Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, videos, and other resources
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to retail staff to ensure that they are meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product launches, and competitor activities
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Five years of experience in the beauty, skincare, or fragrances industry
- Proven track record of success in training and coaching retail staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions
- Knowledge of the travel retail industry and its unique challenges
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
