Responsibilities:
- Train and retrain store operators to ensure fully compliant and sell and promote the Yale Products
- Prepare and update training materials for promoter as and when new products are released
- Prepare promoters commissions reports and payments monthly based on targets and results
- Manage all operational aspects of YSS operation and shops including:
- Order acceptance and communication with client and franchisee on delivery status
- Installation portal and all associated instal details, with both client and installer
- Client review post instal ensuring we close the operation and review loop
- 6 months follow up with clients to ensure happy with model and become brand ambassadors
- Ensuring all franchise queries on whattsap responded to by close of business daily
- Oversee the operation of assigned retail outlets and lead the team to achieve group sales
targets set by management
- Drive, motivate and encourage retail consultants to achieve store targets
- Develop a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of products.
- Coordinating, monitoring, and reporting on daily operations.
- Training and supervising employees.
- Managing employee schedules, conducting performance reviews and enforcing disciplinary actions.
- Ensuring the store environment complies with health and safety regulations.
- Maintaining a clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing store front.
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that store policies and procedures are followed.
- Provide support to Tradeshows / Roadshows
- Able to work independently
- Any other duties assigned by your superior
Retail Superior Requirements:
- Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate
- 3 years sales & retail management experience. (Candidates in the related field will be an added advantage)
- Comfortable to work in retail industry
- Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Experience in customer service, sales management, and retail operation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Good math skills.
- Attention to detail.
