Service Solution Manager


 

Our client is providing a broad range of innovative ICT infrastructure products and solutions for vertical industry and enterprise customers worldwide.

General Description of Duties and Responsibilities

    Being responsible for the order and market presence of service products (Design, implementation, maintenance, operation management, etc.).
  • Implementing the marketing strategy of service products, organizing and participating in relevant exhibitions, and influencing key customers.
  • Leading and sincerely participating in major service-related sales projects, output service solutions, and quotations, supporting project bidding on service solutions, such as a presentation on service value to customers, and preparing service proposals, and quotations.
  • Collaborating with the other relevant teams to drive the expansion of service products and improve the relevant teams’ capability.
  • Implementing channel sale strategy and enabling the channel to expand service products sale.

Candidate Requirements

  • Have strong communication and coordination skills, good teamwork awareness, and relationship-building/maintenance capabilities.
  • Good English expression and dialogue, customer communication, and publicity skills.
  • Have sales passion, strong learning ability, willingness to face challenges, and adapt to international business trips.
  • Have more than 2 years of relevant work experience in service sales/network construction/ICT system integration/maintenance& operation in the ICT field, with technical background and knowledge in IP/IT/data center preferred.
