- Recruitment assistance (post job advertisements on various platforms, pre-screen, interview appointments, conduct selection tests, etc.)
- Assist with Employer Branding (manage public relations for bilateral projects, CSR work with the community, content design for external communication on various social media platforms)
- Helping with Learning & Development (coordinating with trainers, supervising teaching, collecting questionnaires before and after teaching, etc.)
- Help with work Culture/Employee Relation (doing employee surveys, issuing event ideas, coordinating events, designing content for internal communications, etc.)
- Assist in Audit, Safety, Health & Environment (Audit, ISO, Factory Safety, Environmental Work)
Internship at the factory (Gemopolis Industrial Estate) for 5-6 days according to the company calendar (depending on the month)
There is a monthly allowance of 5,000 baht, lunch is 30 baht/day.

- Studying Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Organization Development, Factory Psychology, Safety & Environment
- Fit into corporate culture (HAHA): hungry to learn, agile, honest and accountability
- Have the ability to persuade and negotiate, collaboration, adaptive skills and time management.
- Is creative with good personality, perseverance and ability to think in their feet
- Enjoy learning new things, Enjoy to present ideas and dare to use what you have learned by trial and error to find the best results.
- Communicate well in English and Thai (both Speaking and Writing)
- Has computer skills including of MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Canvas, Chat GPT and other AI tools
