Job Summary:

The Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui is looking for a Guest Experience Assistant Manager (GEAM) who shares a passion for excellence, conveys a positive attitude and epitomizes honesty and integrity.

The Guest Experience Assistant Manager works with Resort Management to ensure that all departments follow the Four Seasons standards of Data Privacy. The GEAM works with Guest Recognition Specialist/GEA within the hotel, other hotels and in the corporate office to increase the accuracy of the knowledge about our guests and clients. The GEAM works with the Front Office staff to communicate the most detailed information about the arriving guests. The GEAM contacts travel arrangers to clarify any discrepancies with guest preferences before guests’ arrival. The GEAM performs other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management.

The position reports to Front Office Manager with dotted line to Director of Rooms and Residences/Resort Manager and is open for Thai Nationality only .

  • Attention to detail and the ability to multi task
