Responsibilities

* ensure that users have a secure web surfing experience.

* strive to protect users from harmful or explicit content made by scammers.

* screen user-generated content about their company or brand

* check for content accuracy and other standards set by the brand

* ensure that the content follows a pre-decided structure. ban certain users or members for violating content creation guidelines set by the company

* Reviewing Online Videos//Content/Complaints/Legal Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material

* Reviewing/updating contents on a popular social media platform

* Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload Qualifications

* Minimum bachelor's degree

* Over 22 years old

* WriteX Test (Min B2)

* Analysis (Problem Identification & Issue Resolution)

* Empathy

* Resilience & Flexibility

* Drive & Persistence

* Learning and knowledge enhancement

* Interpersonal Skills and Teamwork

* 5 days a weeks (Rotational week off)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ฿14,000.00 - ฿15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • กรุงเทพมหานคร: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
