Brand Manager (Beauty) - Thailand

Contributing to continuous growth, we are seeking a Brand Manager, reporting to the Chief Brand Officer. The successful applicant will drive success in building premium international beauty brands through creative storytelling, developing strategies that drive sales and leading best-in-class 360° launches that align all communication touch points' including paid media, social, email, visual merchandising, training, PR, influencers, and events.


You will thrive, working well in a fast-moving, startup environment and enjoy discovering creative solutions to drive profitable growth on your portfolio of exclusive international Beauty Brands.


Responsibilities

  • Build and grow the brand to be renowned and profitable in the market
  • Define Go To Market strategy to grow brand in Thailand that’s aligned with international strategy and identify brand Market Share ambition
  • Build a 360° communication strategy to build brand image, develop visibility and reinforce local reputation over time for principal brands
  • Oversee and manage P&L to meet budget KPIs
  • Work closely with commercial team to develop commercial strategies to achieve target GMV
  • Develop channel strategy and explore new channels to generate brand growth
  • Take a lead role to develop innovative solutions and drive brand strategy and operation

Qualifications:

  • Ideally, 3 -5 years of working experience in growing brand and business preferably in Beauty
  • Proven track in launching new brands
  • Experience in Retail and/or eCommerce is a big must
  • Proven experience of branding, marketing, and communication strategy
  • Mature and collaborative with multiple project and time management skill
  • Working with stakeholders in an international environment
  • Strong communication skills in Thai and English
