To assist spa manager in organizing the overall day-to-day spa operations and administration as assigned. The general responsibilities include acting as a liaison between spa manager, team member and guests, implementing marketing and promotion efforts, generate up-selling techniques, creating receptionist schedule, mediating disputes & complaints from customers and assisting the guests in professional and helpful manner. Your responsibility will include stock monitoring, promoting products to clients, and keeping all areas clean and organized. You will play a big role in creating amazing stories for our guests.
Qualifications
- At least Bachelor Degree in any field
- At least 2 year experience in Spa Receptionist
