Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving business growth. Your primary goal will be to understand client needs, propose effective IT solutions, and ensure successful implementation of our software products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact within our company.
  • Understand client business objectives and identify opportunities to integrate our IT solutions for data management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including software development, project management, and customer support, to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on new software features, enhancements, and industry trends.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, aiming to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business prospects and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop account plans and provide input on pricing, contract negotiations, and proposals.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer retention.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to data management and IT integration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management within an IT software company, system integrator, or software vendor.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients.
  • Proficient in understanding and articulating complex technical solutions related to data management and integration.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to data management and IT integration.
