Position Summary:
To conduct proper stakeholder relationship management.
To ensure the proper change implementation planning & management is in place.
To ensure the sustainable improvements is in place.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct Proper Stakeholder Relationship Management.
To support Business on T&O Management including Wholesale Banking, Transaction Banking.
To support Projects and CRs as follows: Wholesale Banking, Transaction Banking, Wholesale Credit, Risk Management, Legal, Finance, GM, HR and Compliance.
Be a front-line contact person between senior strategists, planners, designers and operational business partners to support effective business change.
Understand customer needs; responds to and follows through on customer enquiries, requests and issues to complete resolution or satisfaction in a timely manner.
Ensure Proper Change Implementation Planning & Management
To define the business challenges and overall considerations, including scalability, maintainability, cost, operations and technology principal risk to provide a recommendation.
Initiate the business implementation plan and spot potential problems, recognize the risk impact and propose risk mitigation strategies.
Effectively Manage RUN
Lead the regular review with business on system stability, responsiveness, production incident, problem tickets including identification of root cause.
Track for continuous improvement.
Ensure Sustainable Improvements
Build a sustainable process for measuring benefits to ensure T&O resources are aligned to business initiatives.

Experience and Background Requirements:
Bachelor's or master s degree in IT/ Business/ Finance or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of relevant banking experience.
Minimum 5 years experienced in business analysis of cash and payments in banking industry.
Minimum 5 years experienced in strategic project management.
Understanding of technology and operational processes across functions / departments in the bank/market.
Analytical, problem solving and process redesign skills that can translate analysis into actions that fit.
Experience in scoping and evaluation - Defining overall considerations, including scalability, maintainability, cost, operations and technology principal risk to provide a recommendation.
Experience in business development and deployment.
Job skills required: Project Management, Risk Management, Management
Job skills preferred: Finance, Compliance, Legal
