Qualifications:
- Thai Nationality ONLY
- B2 English level required (Able to understand/read documents).
- Preferably with 1 year experience in BPO service, customer care, moderation, and service analysis.
- Always updated on Social Media Trending Topics
- Interest in Social Media, travel or tourism. Familiar in fashion and makeup trends, especially on well-known brand name or trending products will be advantage
- Experienced with team management will be advantage

Working time: 5 days working with 2 days off
- Able to work at night or overnight shifts for some projects (if any, shift allowance will be provided).
- Able to work during Thai Public Holidays as requested. (the days you work might not be Monday - Friday but 5 days work and 2 days off)
