Job Summary
  • Providing administrative and operational assistance to talent acquisition team in the recruitment process.
  • The incumbent is organized efficient and able to handle multiple tasks in fast paces environments.
Job Description
  • Maintaining a pool of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Assist onboarding process of internship and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Assist in creating and posting job vacancies on various job boards, AIS Career site, and social platforms.
  • Maintain and update job postings.
  • Assist recruiters in researching more job board and social platforms.
  • Communicate with candidates through email or phone to provide updates, gather additional information, and answer basic inquiries.
  • Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely responses and assistance.
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment-related documents, including vendor management and onboarding paperwork.
  • Provide regular reports on the status of the candidate pipeline, sourced candidates, and other relevant data.
  • Staying updated on industry best practices.
  • Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or database, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
Qualification
  • Thoroughness and attention to detail when maintaining records.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills for correspondence with candidates and team members.
  • Familiarity with office software and HR software systems, including ATS, can be beneficial.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the HR or talent acquisition team.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing recruitment processes and priorities.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of candidate and company information.
