You will create an impact with:
Market Analysis and Customer Planning: Analyze the assigned market and customer base to plan for marketing and sales activities. Proactively explore new customers and develop suitable customer approaches.
Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify opportunities for LV Motor Solutions, Products, and Services.
Sales Strategy and Relationship Building: Create and drive opportunities to generate order intake, achieving individual and overall targets. Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with customers. Plan and implement sales strategies and tactics to meet order intake, net sales, and gross margin targets, maximizing the sales hit rate.
Customer Engagement and Feedback: Gather feedback from customers, including inquiries, and provide ideas and suggestions for solutions, product and services adaptation, and after-sales service.
Proposal Preparation and Order Processing: Prepare proposals with responsibility for all bid costing, ensuring accuracy and quality. Execute and coordinate with the Factory, Operation Team, Services Team, Purchasing Team, and Logistics Team regarding all order processing to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services to customers.
Self-Appraisal and Reporting: Appraise oneself and propose a development plan. Track and report current and future sales opportunities on a monthly basis to the sub-division manager.

Your Success is based on:
Educational Pinnacle: A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. Proven Track Record: A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with a focus on industries related to Motors and Drives, is highly valued.
