- Be Single point of contact between Asia Delivery Center in Kuala Lumpur and the operation in Thailand. Bridge the relationship between Shared Service and Business.
- Key point of contact for all financial reporting queries coming from internal and external parties.
- Ensure compliance of tax (direct & indirect) and statutory Fin Statement to the local legislation.
- Preparation of Statutory Financial Statement & Annual Submission of Tax Return
- Ensure compliance of Local Accounting Standards and Tax Legislation
- Coordinate the book month closing between Shared Service and Business
- Justification of Provision & Accruals in the books
- Ensure compliance of financial statement with the Group rules for management accounts and local rules for Statutory accounts
- Ensure financial processes are in place to comply with all tax rules / legislation and manage tax authorities.
- Responsible to compute and submit monthly tax (WHT, VAT & Corp Tax) to Tax Authority with accuracy and in timely manner.
- Lead the preparation of corp tax returns and ensure submission on time and in full and full compliance to the tax legislation.
- Support SEA Tax Manager in monitoring tax risk and opportunity in the company and involve in project to generate tax savings and mitigate risks.
- Manage local tax watch and anticipate impact on business.
- Manage the local financial audit to full fill statutory requirement.
- Manage 3 One DBS headcounts in Thailand.
- Coordinate with business and Asia Delivery Center in KL for timely monthly closing process, including validation of all closing option.
- Support business in financial forecasting esp cash flow
- Corporate secretarial matters – work closely with General Secretary on Board Meeting, AGM, Annual submission of Statutory Financial statement etc.
- Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting.
- 2 to 3 years of commercial working experience – audit background will be considered.
- SAP knowledge is advantage.
- Good interpersonal skill & communication skill.
- Verbal and written English is mandatory.
