APAC Learning & Change Leader (Commercial Operations Team) (New Health Care Company)
3M is establishing two industry-leading companies, creating value through the spin-off of its Health Care business, while 3M will continue to be a global material science leader, focusing our innovation to win in favorable global megatrends and attractive end markets. This new Health Care Company will be a leading global diversified health technology company with:

We expect the creation of the two companies will be completed by the end of 2023. For now, we will continue to operate as one global company. This role is positioned to drive the success of the "New Health Care Company”.
The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Learning & Change Leader (Commercial Operations Team), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
  • Elevating the transition to the new company with training and initiatives that create meaningful and positive impacts to the APAC Commercial Operations team
  • Increasing our team capability through activities such as onboarding, training, coaching and best practice sharing
  • Partnering with managers and leaders across the different pillars to ensure engagement and a continuous feedback loop
  • Management of learning and development platforms/roll outs as required to support our people for success in their New Health Care Company roles
  • Development and management of a communications framework through multiple channels, including but not limited to;
    • Townhalls
    • People surveys
    • Coffee chats
    • Listening channels
    • Intranet Pages
    • Yammer Communities
Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in Business, Human Resources, or Teaching based subject
  • Five (5) years of experience in learning, development, training, leadership or coaching based role/s
  • Proven understanding and practice of learning design / e-learning technology and tools
  • Strong relationship building, consulting, networking, coaching, influence and integration skills
  • Ability to lead stakeholders with cultural differences and conflicting business priorities through trusting relationships
  • Comfortable leading "democratically" through empowerment and coordination, rather than directing
  • Recognizes signs of conflict, chooses appropriate level of involvement, and helps resolve conflicts in a timely manner
  • Ability to create credibility and rapport at all levels of the organisation, including senior leadership
  • Ability to market programs, organisational changes and process implementation which may be unfamiliar to the audience in an engaging way
  • Current, valid Driver’s License.
