Responsible for telephone answering operations, Greeting visitors and booking a meeting room from the company department will impress those who come in direct contact or by phone.
Responsibilities
- Greeting company’s clients and visitors
- Handle incoming calls to the main phone number
- Receive and manage phone calls (Transfer calls, send call notes to specified recipients)
- Maintain the meeting spaces' and reception area's cleanliness.
- Handling administration and support documents for the team.
- Other responsibilities assigned by Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- 2 -3 years of administrative experience with strong customer service focus
- Good in communication skills, human relationship and service mind skills.
- Good computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Good spoken and written communication skills in English and Thai.
- Strong customer service and administrative tasks
- Positive attitude and professional

Salary: ฿20,000.00 - ฿30,000.00 per month
