Responsible for telephone answering operations, Greeting visitors and booking a meeting room from the company department will impress those who come in direct contact or by phone.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting company’s clients and visitors
  • Handle incoming calls to the main phone number
  • Receive and manage phone calls (Transfer calls, send call notes to specified recipients)
  • Maintain the meeting spaces' and reception area's cleanliness.
  • Handling administration and support documents for the team.
  • Other responsibilities assigned by Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • 2 -3 years of administrative experience with strong customer service focus
  • Good in communication skills, human relationship and service mind skills.
  • Good computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Good spoken and written communication skills in English and Thai.
  • Strong customer service and administrative tasks
  • Positive attitude and professional

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ฿20,000.00 - ฿30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • กรุงเทพมหานคร: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
