We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Product Marketing Lead who will help drive the success of our user acquisition and retention initiatives. The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience in driving user growth through mobile games, and comes from an entertainment or gaming background. You will have a passion for mobile gaming and will have had experience launching games (preferably within a studio) into app stores.
This is a role that is a balance of strategy and impeccable execution, while working cross functionally across the marketing, game development and LiveOps teams, with various campaign stakeholders.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Research, create and own the product marketing plan for the freshman product
- Define product positioning, target market & player analysis, competitor analysis and the go-to-market strategy.
- Working with the Head of Marketing and other senior marketing leaders, develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Working with the Performance Marketing Specialist, develop and implement comprehensive user acquisition strategies across various channels, including paid search, social media, and other performance marketing channels.
- Work closely with game development and LiveOps teams to identify and implement features that drive user retention and monetisation.
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and insights that inform the product and marketing decisions.
- Develop appropriate user acquisition strategies for the mobile products and own the creative and marketing strategies aligned to making the products successful.
- Own, manage, create and execute campaign performance to maximize return on ad spend and support all monetisation efforts.
- Track and analyse all performance and user data to inform your product development and marketing decisions.
- Collaborate with the product and design teams to create compelling marketing assets and optimize user flows.
- Help develop product roadmaps that align with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the business including development, senior management, design, community, support and business intelligence to drive product success.
- Track and analyze KPIs and marketing metrics and report to the leadership team; using findings to optimize and improve ongoing and future marketing campaigns.
You’ll have:
- Minimum of 6 years experience in product marketing within a mobile gaming environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and platforms
- Experience in creating, executing and managing user acquisition, retention and monetisation strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation and product management skills
- Passion for mobile games with a deep understanding of the mobile gaming ecosystem
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across a variety of teams, disciplines and seniorities.
Some extra skills that will give you a competitive advantage:
- Previous experience in mobile app marketing or the gaming industry
- Passion for gaming & knowledge of industry trends in your specific job function
Salary / Package
- 140,000 -190,000 THB per month
- Regular team events and travel through the year to the big gaming tournaments
- Bonus scheme and benefits
- Working days by the pool with the team if you're based in Malaysia
- Ideal location is Bangkok due to the new head office location or some preferred locations in Thailand. Candidates will still be considered from Malaysia, Singapore and other SEA countries on a contract basis however, relocation packages may be offered for the right candidates
