Product/Marketing Manager
SUMMARY:
Leads the marketing department covering functions and initiatives relative to Product Marketing, Branding, Digital Marketing, Trade Marketing, Strategic / Market Reach, After-Sales Marketing Support (Services), and supports the organization in business development and strategic FP&A. The role involves people management of direct reports for the following functions: product, marketing activities, digital marketing and has further responsibility over non-direct employees that fall under the functional roles designed under the marketing team. The occupant shall have functional reporting lines and cross-functional/cross-entity responsibilities in the form of projects, regional initiatives, product launch/development, and process roll-outs in support of business objectives as would be designated and shall have direct reporting line to the Country Director/General Manager as part of the local entity executive management team (EMT).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for all functions relevant to product / marketing responsibilities and deliverables to support the organization achieve business targets and development.
- Manage the marketing team and extended coaching/support to other divisions as may be required.
- Crafting strategies and initiatives for the team and the organization to help drive performance and strategic business objectives. Leads in developing direction, operational roadmap, and frameworks for execution.
- Responsible for managing periodic budgets and reporting requirements relevant to Marketing in support of sales performance, aligning with Finance and Sales divisions for organization-wide reporting templates.
- Liaison with the factory and ASEAN teams and be the sole touch point for product ordering and meeting timelines for delivery in Thailand.
- Shall have responsibility over the entity’s A&P budget and accountability for productivity per spend to support sales and business objectives.
- Setting targets, monitoring, steering, and reporting on Marketing-wide goals and cross-divisional collaboration.
- Principal representative of the entity for Product and Marketing-related functions and work streams for global, regional, and sub-regional initiatives and projects.
- Oversee product development, new product introduction, Go-to-Market strategies, channel opportunity development, and productivity initiatives supporting sales.
- Shall be the principal architect of driving the 4P marketing functions for the organization: Product, Place, Price, and Promotion.
- Oversees market reach data build-up, maintenance, sales enabling tools, market / competition research, consumer/market behaviour and data quality.
- Responsible for Product category growth and development for the entity across different channels with accountability on ensuring fair pricing and gross margin target achievement.
- Supports the organization in strategic FP&A for relevant topics (i.e. Planning, Business Development) in collaboration with Finance.
- Directs and supports the entity in internal and external events as principal organizer in-charge for business and team development purposes.
- In-charge of competence build-up internally and externally through channel partners and agents in support of business objectives.
- Working with Country Director, Regional Teams, Facilities, and other stakeholders in strategic roadmaps, presentations, forecasting, organizational process improvements, and regional initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- With demonstrable experience in relevant Marketing and/or Sales leadership roles, preferably in crafting and executing strategic roadmap/s with satisfactory sales achievement results.
- Experience managing both Online / Offline marketing
- With people management and development experience.
- Excellent verbal and written (i.e. English) presentation and business skills, with sufficient experience working in cross-functional teams internally and broad exposure to external partnering and collaboration with channel touchpoints.
- Experience in project management, conducting, processing, analysing, and reporting data, trends, and market research.
- Ability to think critically and creatively, in particular to crafting product and route-to-market roadmaps and comprehensive marketing plans.
- Strong skills in Office applications, i.e. Excel, PPT, among others.
