Job Summary:

The Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui is looking for a Learning and Development Manager who shares a passion for excellence, conveys a positive attitude and epitomizes honesty and integrity.

The Learning & Development Manager coordinates and organizes a range of development activities that contribute to the attainment of the Company’s clearly prescribed performance standards and Hotel Goals. The Learning Manager must systematically analyse the Hotels training needs and deliver relevant learning, plan and coordinate the production of Departmental Training Plans, act as an internal consultant to Heads of Departments on department related training issues, source and recommend appropriate external training organizations or resources, maintain a current knowledge of statutory requirements and develop creative and innovative training programs.

We are looking for individuals who are dynamic and inspirational, have good communication and interpersonal skills and are able to evidence professionalism and adaptability.

Applicants are required to have two to five years previous employment in a related position. Human Resources or Hospitality Education is preferable, however, not essential if applicants have previous relevant work experience

Occasional travel is required to other Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts for training and development purposes.

The position reports to Director of People and Culture and is open for Thai Nationality only .

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality only
  • Proficient in English communication
  • Minimum of 3-5 year experience in a related position
  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical skills
