LD&T Senior Manager (Logistics Distribution & Transportation)


 
Responsibilities:
Main Purpose of the role

  • Provide strategic supply chain leadership, optimising network performance and service across the two markets (TH & VN).
  • Provide both functional and business leadership to enable PepsiCo Indochina Foods (ICF) to deliver on AOP and strategic SDD plans for the future.
  • Lead the LD&T team, driving a strong focus on people development, performance accountability and cultural transformation.

Accountabilities
  • Set the strategic direction for the ICF Supply Chain Planning and Logistics & Distribution agenda and translate into annual execution plans.
  • Set the strategic direction for supply chain developing an advantaged service offering to our customers.
  • Take a broad business leadership role in the ICF Supply Chain Leadership Team, providing direction and aiding decision making to establish and deliver PepsiCo’s short-term and long-term business goals.
  • Management, adherence and development of GCS framework for relevant controls
  • Deliver the current year AOP across all key LD&T KPI’s.
  • Drive a strong people agenda – role modelling and championing PepsiCo behaviours and values; building a robust talent pipeline with a focus on diversity and inclusion; building supply chain capability; creating a cultural of performance accountability and establishing a customer-oriented culture.
  • Demonstrate and exercise a commitment to promote, develop and improve the health & safety and welfare of our people
  • Undertake all duties in accordance with company environmental policies and procedures and support continual improvement in environmental systems and performance as outlined in annual plans.

Qualifications:
Qualifications
  • Ability to set the strategic direction and support others to translate into annual plans that can be excellently executed.
  • Substantial LD&T and wider Supply Chain leadership experience with evidence in Senior Leadership roles.
  • Broad business understanding and cross functional interface, including experience outside core supply chain function.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels, across functions and business units.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills to enable effective trade off decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management to build and sustain strong relationships with senior leaders within the broader business.
  • Clearly demonstrated people leadership skills with the ability to develop, motivate, empower and coach Managers within the organisation.
  • Strong decision-making ability to make the right, balanced business decisions to meet future business needs.
  • Is seen as a role model, inspiring trust in those around them whilst promoting a cherishing and engaging culture where achievement is celebrated.
