1. Participate in the development of company’s strategy & policy related to pricing, product line up, credit terms, execution standards, stock holding etc, with Sales Director.
2. Negotiate with Modern Trade customers about the terms and conditions of the contract
3. Ensure tools are utilized to drive business results and achieve company’s priorities/Target
4. Ensure and manage the product group can be distributing or list-in in all MT Channel by work with DKSH team (Distributor)
5. Manage all spending / Trading Term to be in budget effectively
6. Monitor sell-out by customer/by brand/by salesmen as well as market behaviors and competitors’ development to have timely and suitable reactions.
7. Manage stock in-store plans in coordination with Distributor’s management; and follow-up to achieve timely & effective implementation
8. Create Sales promotion or activity to drive sales growth align with internal strategy & plan
9. Manage and develop a team that takes care of effectively
10. Collecting data for analysis of sales and summarizing results to Sales Director
11. Ensure product available at store and service level improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field
- 5-10 years in MT experience in FMCG preferable or Consumer Business
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS office (MS Excel and Power point)
