Job Description


You will fully responsible to handles the meat and poultry production based on the order cycle and the menu plan, in accordance with the corresponding methods and recipes, making sure that the process is efficient and waste is minimized.

Other duties include communicating the status of all food production to the Executive Chef / Executive Sous Chef making sure that all equipment and machinery are properly functioning, reporting any issues or problems to the team; and training all subordinates whenever possible.


Qualifications

  • Must have worked at least one year as a Butcher in Hotels and Restaurants
  • Must be able to prepare all meats and fish products specified in company standards.
  • Must have accurate knife skills
  • Must be able to deal with quality control, production control, meat and fish storage
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strongly committed to teamwork and customer service.
