Detailed duties and responsibilities:
1) Design and lead execution of brand plans
- Comprehensively understand and champion the product profile of brands under remit
- Thoroughly understand the situation and key effectors of the market relevant to the therapeutic area and indications
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the key players and actional insights in the relevant business landscape i.e. prescribers, customers, opinion leaders, regulators, payers and competitors
- Synthesize market intelligence, customer segmentation and analyses, design, develop in collaboration with organizational SME such as (but not limited to) medical, access, digital, HCP& patient experience partners and lead the execution of brand plans
- Develop and prepare the operating plan (OP), long range revenue forecasts and investment budgets for business case proposal and approval Work in alliance with Regional Therapeutic Area Leads for directional guidance and support
2) Work with relevant sales and non-sales organizations to deliver brand performance results
- Identify key enablers for prescriber engagement and/or patient enrollment by account and by channel and prioritize these enablers "Must Win"
- Create content and deliver brand/non-brand promotional materials and value messages for F2F and virtual customer engagement (also known as omnichannel engagement) as well as tailor/optimize these contents as appropriate
- Lead the execution of brand plans with the relevant sales and non-sales/ SME organization such as health solution partners (but not limited to) to deliver brand performance results
3) Manage and develop brand-relevant opinion leaders and stakeholders (Networking)
- Identify and categorize opinion Leaders relevant to brand and therapeutic Area
- Design specific plans to engage, develop and cooperate with opinion leaders to deliver expected objectives
- Work cross-functionally to ensure effective execution of opinion leader engagement plans and get our KOL feedback/input to optimize brand strategies/plans
4) Represent and Promote Good Pfizer Image
- Represent and promote good Pfizer Image and Practices to all stakeholders including the competition
- Act conforming to Pfizer values
- Ensure complete adherence to compliance and regulations

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business-related field or pharmaceutical science
- Minimum of 3-year experience in marketing or sales management with a major pharmaceutical company
- Minimum of 2-year experience in oncology (preferred)
