Job Responsibilities:

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, as well as monitoring and optimizing cash flow, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

    Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
  • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to drive financial transparency, align financial goals with operational strategies, and support decision-making processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow, including effective working capital management, cash forecasting, and liquidity management.
  • Monitor and analyze cash flow trends, identify potential risks or opportunities, and recommend appropriate actions to maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop accurate and realistic budgets.
  • Prepare regular financial forecasts and variance analyses to ensure budgetary compliance and provide proactive recommendations for cost optimization.
  • Monitor budget performance, identify areas of concern or improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience as a finance manager or in a similar finance leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
  • Proficient in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
