Key member of the Finance Function reporting to Head of Financial Strategy and Capital responsible overseeing both local solvency and economic capital of the company, developing and implementing strategies that optimize the capital structure, and ensuring all regulatory and Group Office requirements are met. Some of the capital-related ALM aspects will also be in the scope of this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative strategies, including ALM strategies from time to time, to optimize the company's capital structure and support our business objectives.
- Oversee the company's solvency and capital position, using data-driven insights to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in capital management, and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
- Lead projects related to capital management and provide guidance and coaching to team members to ensure their professional development and the delivery of high-quality work.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management and business leaders, to align capital management strategies with the company's overall strategic direction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, and rating agencies, to ensure that the company's capital position is accurately and fairly represented.
- Leverage your expertise in financial analysis and modeling to develop and maintain capital models and stress testing scenarios that enable the company to anticipate and respond effectively to a range of economic scenarios.
- Lead projects related to capital management and provide guidance and coaching to team members to ensure their professional development and the delivery of high-quality work.

Baseline Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Actuarial Science.
- At least 7 years’ experience in actuarial pricing/valuation, investment, or financial risk management.
- Having experience in both local solvency and economic capital of the company.
- Having knowledge of actuarial principles, financial modeling, forecasting
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
