Job Description

The Sales will represent company in a professional, successful manner that results in repeat business and a positive customer experience. Identify lead opportunities, as well as the potential for upsells. Meet monthly, and annual sales targets through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics. Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales leads. Develop and implement assigned account action plan through researched market intelligences, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.

Job Description

  • Maintain working relationships with existing accounts to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
  • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective sales proposal plan, and manage sales cycle to close new business potential.
  • Prepare scheduled sales and activities report.
  • Coordinate with other sales or internal departments to ensure company objectives and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in engineering (ME/EE/EEE & Mechatronics).
  • At least 2 years in sales within a related semiconductor backend company setting or relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, while contributing to team-wide efforts - Ability to travel at least 25% of the time to customer events.
  • Possess Class 3 licenses and with Car
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to understand Mechanical Drawings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ฿55,000.00 - ฿90,000.00 per month
